Hello!

My name is Noah, and I’m currently a Master of Counselling student intern and in the final stages of completing my counselling degree through City University.

I’m passionate about supporting teens and young people as they work through challenges, build confidence, and grow into the most authentic version of themselves.

Before starting my journey in counselling, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree. I also have experience working as a pharmacy assistant, which has given me the opportunity to connect with people from many different backgrounds. This role has taught me the importance of patience, communication, and making people feel comfortable and supported.

A big part of my life has also been hockey. I’ve played hockey since I was four years old, and I now coach AAA-level hockey. Being involved in the sport for most of my life has taught me a lot about resilience, teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Coaching hockey has also shown me how important it is for young people to have someone who believes in them and helps them recognize their own strengths.

When I’m not working, studying, or coaching, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, at the rink, staying active, or finding ways to recharge. I try to bring the same values I’ve learned through sport and life into my work with others: honesty, encouragement, connection, and support.

As I continue my journey in the counselling field, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where teens feel comfortable being themselves. I hope to support young people in building confidence, understanding who they are, and moving toward a life that feels genuine and meaningful to them.

I look forward to meeting you!

Noah
